Erskine Beveridge: Collecting Relics, Ruins & Ways of Life

This exhibition from Historic Environment Scotland celebrates the work of Erskine Beveridge and how he used his love of photography to not only capture a Scotland that spoke to him, but to document a way of life he feared was dying out. Beveridge’s photography is here explored in the light of HES’ work recording and sharing Scotland’s built environment.

Neil Cooper wrote a review of the exhibition, which you can read here, which will show again at Gairloch Heritage Museum from July 2nd until August 27th 2022.
