Thursdays Poetry Evening – Henry Marsh

Poetry Evening headlined by the Edinburgh-based poet Henry Marsh and North Uist Poet, Pauline Prior-Pitt, and the Uist Writing Group.

This will be the third visit at Taigh Chearsabhagh from Henry Marsh. Henry, who has spent part of every summer in Uist, will be reading his Uist poems, personal reflection poems, and selections from, “The Bedrock”, poems commissions to accompanied the great tapestry.

Pauline Prior-Pitt will be reading from her latest collection, “Be an Angel”, and the Uist Writers will be promoting their latest pamphlet ” Leafing Through”.

This promises to be an evening of exceptional poetry. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy poetry being read aloud…such an enjoyable experience.
