It’s that time of year again, when the Uist Arts Association present a spectacular showcase of local artists’ work, at the annual Summer Open Exhibition, running from the end of June to mid-August. Studios 1 + 2 are filled with artworks from members of the UAA, featuring a diverse range of mediums, and many of the works are available to purchase.
Please join us in celebrating the work of our local artists, at the show’s opening preview on Friday 27th June, at 7pm. All are welcome to join us in Studio 1 + 2 and take the opportunity to meet the artists. Refreshments are provided.
New pieces will be added throughout the exhibition period, replacing those that are sold. Well worth visiting more than once! Many of the artists will also be volunteering at the exhibition over the summer, feel free to pop in and have a chat about the artworks.
The UAA Summer Open Exhibition is free to view in Studio 1 + 2, Monday to Saturday, 10am – 4pm, from 28th June – 15th August. If you would like to support our continued programming and enable us to keep offering free events and exhibitions, please consider making a donation to Taigh Chearsabhagh.
