“We” and “Us” refers to Taigh Chearsabhagh Trust and Taigh Chearsabhagh Trading for the purposes of this policy. “You” refers to the customer.
If an event is rescheduled, all bookings will be honoured for the rescheduled event date or may be refunded in full. If an event is cancelled, all purchases will be refunded in full.
Refunds will be issued in full for booking cancellations received more than 24 hours in advance of the event start time. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your booking. If you do not give 24 hours’ notice for your cancellation, we cannot guarantee a refund.
You can cancel a booking either by emailing email@example.com or by phoning 01870 603970. We recommend that you submit all refund requests in writing via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
After submitting your refund request, please allow up to five (5) business days for us to process your refund request. All refunds will be returned via our payment platform to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at email@example.com
If you paid using cash, please request via email and then come in to the shop at Taigh Chearsabhagh to arrange your refund.
